📜 Prionmoyi – Terms and Conditions 

1. General Terms

• 1.1 Agreement: By placing an order for products from Prionmoyi, the buyer agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

• 1.2 Accuracy of Information: The buyer must provide correct and complete information (name, address, phone number, email) when placing an order. Prionmoyi will not be liable for any delivery issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the buyer.

• 1.3 Right to Service: Prionmoyi reserves the right, without prior notice, to refuse service to any buyer or to cancel their account at any time.

2. Products and Pricing

• 2.1 Product Description: We strive to accurately present product descriptions, measurements, and images as much as possible. However, the actual product color may vary slightly due to lighting differences or device screen resolution.

• 2.2 Pricing: The price of products displayed on the website is final. However, in case of pricing errors due to typing mistakes or unexpected circumstances, Prionmoyi reserves the right to cancel the corresponding order.

• 2.3 Availability: The exact stock quantity may not always be updated on the website. If any product goes out of stock after an order is placed, we will promptly notify the buyer and arrange for a refund.

3. Order, Delivery, and Payment

• 3.1 Order Confirmation: After placing an order, the buyer will receive a confirmation call/message. The order will be considered valid only after this confirmation is completed.

• 3.2 Delivery Time: The delivery time is estimated. Delivery may be delayed in unexpected situations (e.g., weather, political unrest, courier issues).

• 3.3 Payment: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other online payment methods. For COD, the buyer must pay the full price of the product at the time of delivery.

• 3.4 Delivery Refusal: If a buyer refuses to accept the delivery without a valid reason or provides an incorrect address, Prionmoyi may demand partial or full advance payment for subsequent orders.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation

• 4.1 Return Policy: As per our return policy, the return process must be initiated within 7 days in case of defective or wrong product delivery. For detailed return policy, please refer to the FAQ section or the dedicated page.

• 4.2 Product Condition: The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

• 4.3 Refund: The refund process will begin after the returned product is examined. The completion of the refund process may take 7–15 working days. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the product is defective.

• 4.4 Cancellation: The buyer can cancel the order before it is shipped. Cancellation after shipping may incur courier charges.

5. Intellectual Property

• 5.1 Copyright: All materials (images, design, logo, text) used on Prionmoyi's website/page are the property of Prionmoyi and are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use of these materials is strictly prohibited.

১. সাধারণ শর্তাবলী (General Terms)

• ১.১ চুক্তি: প্রিয়নময়ী থেকে পণ্য অর্ডার করার মাধ্যমে ক্রেতা এই শর্তাবলী মেনে নিতে সম্মত হন।

• ১.২ তথ্যের সঠিকতা: ক্রেতাকে অবশ্যই অর্ডার করার সময় সঠিক ও সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য (নাম, ঠিকানা, ফোন নম্বর, ইমেইল) প্রদান করতে হবে। ভুল তথ্যের কারণে ডেলিভারি সংক্রান্ত কোনো সমস্যা হলে তার দায়ভার প্রিয়নময়ী নেবে না।

• ১.৩ সেবার অধিকার: প্রিয়নময়ী যেকোনো সময়, পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই, কোনো ক্রেতাকে সেবা দিতে অস্বীকৃতি জানানোর বা তার অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

২. পণ্য ও মূল্য নির্ধারণ (Products and Pricing)

• ২.১ পণ্যের বিবরণ: আমরা পণ্যের বিবরণ, মাপ এবং ছবি যথাসম্ভব নির্ভুলভাবে তুলে ধরার চেষ্টা করি। তবে, আলোর ভিন্নতা (lighting) বা ডিভাইস স্ক্রিনের রেজোলিউশনের কারণে আসল পণ্যের রঙ সামান্য ভিন্ন হতে পারে।

• ২.২ মূল্য: ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত পণ্যের মূল্য চূড়ান্ত। তবে, টাইপজনিত ভুল বা অপ্রত্যাশিত পরিস্থিতির কারণে মূল্যে কোনো ভুল থাকলে, প্রিয়নময়ী সেই অর্ডারটি বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে।

• ২.৩ প্রাপ্যতা (Availability): আমাদের স্টকের সঠিক পরিমাণ সবসময় ওয়েবসাইটে আপডেট নাও থাকতে পারে। যদি অর্ডার করার পর কোনো পণ্য স্টক আউট (Stock Out) হয়ে যায়, তবে আমরা ক্রেতাকে দ্রুত অবহিত করব এবং রিফান্ডের ব্যবস্থা করব।

৩. অর্ডার, ডেলিভারি ও পেমেন্ট (Order, Delivery, and Payment)

• ৩.১ অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ: অর্ডার প্লেস করার পর ক্রেতাকে একটি কনফার্মেশন কল/মেসেজ দেওয়া হবে। এই কনফার্মেশন সম্পন্ন হলেই অর্ডারটি কার্যকর বলে গণ্য হবে।

• ৩.২ ডেলিভারি সময়: ডেলিভারি সময় আনুমানিক। অপ্রত্যাশিত পরিস্থিতিতে (যেমন: আবহাওয়া, রাজনৈতিক অস্থিরতা, কুরিয়ার সমস্যা) ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হতে পারে।

• ৩.৩ পেমেন্ট: আমরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) এবং অন্যান্য অনলাইন পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি গ্রহণ করি। COD-এর ক্ষেত্রে, ক্রেতাকে ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্যের সম্পূর্ণ মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে হবে।

• ৩.৪ ডেলিভারি প্রত্যাখ্যান: যদি ক্রেতা কোনো কারণ ছাড়া ডেলিভারি নিতে অস্বীকার করেন বা ঠিকানা ভুল দেন, তবে পরবর্তী অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে প্রিয়নময়ী আংশিক বা সম্পূর্ণ অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট দাবি করতে পারে।

৪. রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড ও বাতিলকরণ (Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation)

• ৪.১ রিটার্ন নীতিমালা: আমাদের রিটার্ন নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য বা ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে ৭ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করতে হবে। রিটার্নের বিস্তারিত নীতিমালা FAQ সেকশনে বা নির্দিষ্ট পৃষ্ঠায় দেখুন।

• ৪.২ পণ্যের অবস্থা: রিটার্ন করার সময় পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত (unused), এর মূল প্যাকেজিং-এ এবং সব ট্যাগ অক্ষত অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।

• ৪.৩ রিফান্ড: রিটার্ন করা পণ্য পরীক্ষা করার পর রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে। রিফান্ডের প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন হতে ৭-১৫ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে। শিপিং খরচ রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়, যদি না পণ্যটি ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হয়।

• ৪.৪ বাতিলকরণ: অর্ডার শিপিং হওয়ার আগে ক্রেতা বাতিল করতে পারবেন। শিপিং-এর পর বাতিল করলে কুরিয়ার চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

৫. বৌদ্ধিক সম্পত্তি (Intellectual Property)

• ৫.১ কপিরাইট: প্রিয়নময়ীর ওয়েবসাইট/পেজে ব্যবহৃত সমস্ত সামগ্রী (ছবি, ডিজাইন, লোগো, পাঠ্য) প্রিয়নময়ীর নিজস্ব সম্পত্তি এবং কপিরাইট দ্বারা সুরক্ষিত। এই সামগ্রীগুলির অননুমোদিত ব্যবহার কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।

৬. যোগাযোগের মাধ্যম (Contact Information)
